Are these size 10 EU or 9 EU? I’m very interested

I believe they are a US size 10 so a EU size 40, and a UK size 8. I will double check when I'm home. I'm typically a 9-9.5 but found these fit comfortably and easily. But I know everyone's Foot and every shoe fits different :)
