She purchased the bag for me as a gift with her allowance and my mother (her grandmother) took it to the local department store (while I was working) and was told there was a problem.

I’m not sure what the situation is totally but she’s super upset and whenever we arrive home I will check everything out all together. My daughter is a fashionista but also a teenager and loves to buy things on here with her allowance and this stunned her.
