elisezcloset @thebaglady65 I’m so sorry... You gave me wonderful customer service, however the strap is more worn than gently used in my opinion, which I feel should have been disclosed. Also the purse is not 7 x 7, it’s 6.5 x 7... I usually give 5 stars, but I didn’t want to give less and hurt your average rating... I do appreciate your excellent customer service very much! 😊
