@hassell73 ask anything! As far as recommending things I’d say share a lot; your stuff in parties and and others peoples stuff so they share yours in return (it’s a tit for tat sort of situation). Answer questions ASAP and always be honest re: flaws. Carefully consider offers, there’s shady and then there’s oh well, it finally sold! Lol
