The boots are a leather upper with a suede finish. These boots are in excellent LIKE NEW condition. The bottoms of the heel have no signs of wear and there is no heel drag. These boots are the perfect Y2K Vintage style, they have a chunky block heel and a square toe. Very RARE find! Please note that these boots are stored with black inserts to allow them to photograph easily and retain their shape in storage. The black inserts are not included in this sale.
