Tropical Hawaiian Dress with plumeria's. the little girls equivalent to a Hawaiian Shirt. is smocked and has a halter top tie. by Tropical Group Hawaiian Fashion. 100% rayon, super lightweight, and soft. is a size 2 / 2T, however, it does not stretch to far, and would fit 12-18 & 18-24 months easy. it's tight for a size 2 (it was for us) excellent condition
