steadyriot55 @natishaanne it's not elasticated but you can wear it without the button done up (there is currently no button on it, I can add one if you want) for some wiggle room and the zip stays up. I have a few of these skirts and they have fit me through weight fluctuations so there must be a bit of stretch to the waist
