sunshine_posies @hautehomes I received it yesterday. The lid to the gorgeous candy dish was broken. It was right on top. Everything else arrived in good condition. The glass bear had slid out of his wrapping and was loose in the box, which is probably what broke the candy dish lid. I’m not going to report it to Poshmark though. I want everything else so it’s all good.

hautehomes @sunshine_posies I am so sorry that happened. Just really bothers me. I am a great packager if that is even a word. I have had 3 things broken this week alone. As if USPS isn't in trouble. I guess it hadn’t been scanned at the post office yet otherwise Poshmark wouldn’t have let me cancel. I am not the kind of person to take something I didn’t pay for. Hope you have a blessed day! 💕

I still will get paid and you cannot return it they won’t even provide you a label please keep the package there’s absolutely nothing wrong I did not mean it like that.

jenny81138 Incorrect basically USPS takes a while to scan packages now so sometimes Poshmark system will automatically cancel it and then it goes to get scanned in and obviously things just don’t match up because it’s past my fault technically they just cover the transaction on both ends. I know that’s nothing on your end and that you didn’t intend for this. I apologize if that’s the way you thought I meant it. I appreciate your understanding

jenny81138 Lastly, in the future always contact the seller before you cancel an order.USPS can take up to 36 hours to scan in a package and my caterpillar’s if you combine that with possibly a weekend occurring over the time even if the seller got the package out right away. They need to advise customers to at least attempt to contact the seller. They literally word the message to the buyer basically indicating we definitely did not even ship it yet which of course they have no way of knowing.
