jennagiuttari @krazyshopaholic yes i shipped it a couple days ago they should have it either today or tomorrow latest. I emailed them and they said the tracking gets delayed often. Ill keep you updated if the tracking still doesnt show by today :)

krazyshopaholic Hi Jenna, Finally got the coat today. The listing described the jacket as "only worn a few times." But the jacket in in pretty well worn condition. I would not have offered $500 for this condition. I would like a partial refund of $125 or a return with full refund. Please let me know what you want to do. Disappointed because I was excited about this jacket as described!

jennagiuttari @krazyshopaholic hi love, i truly did only wear the jacket a total of 5 times. it really does look pretty new especially since it was authenticated by posh. The jacket was $1100 and im selling for less than half that price. I can take 85 off so you only pay 415 but I will not go less than that due to the price I paid for this item. Let me know if that works💕

krazyshopaholic @jennagiuttari I just left a comment in the case that we agreed to resolve the issue with a partial refund. Do you mind posting a similar comment in the chain to Poshmark? Hopefully that’ll make the resolution faster so you can get your money!!

krazyshopaholic @jennagiuttari I think you go to ‘My Sales,’ select the item, and there should be a blue button that says ‘Comment on Case.’ There you can hopefully see my comment and then leave one saying same thing so Poshmark can close this out.

I was just getting ready to ship you a cardigan and I noticed this one doesn't have to original Tag I had another one just like it if the tag attached I went ahead and used the same picture not being aware that's the one that you bought doesn't have the original tag attached anymore. it is brand-new like the other one just no tag let me know if that is okay with you or if you needed it to have a tag

cyndi_l I have a question to ask you. I purchased a Strathberry tote from a person and I need help the feet at the bottom of the tote don’t say Strathberry their not round. The handle with the bar on the end of the gold tone ball don’t say Strathberry. Please help thank you so much. Cyndi
