collegegalamy @takeitback1st hi just spoke with a customer service representative and was informed that the package was picked up and should already be in transit. There is probably no tracking because the item may not have been scanned!

takeitback1st @collegegalamy at this point I am going to request a refund because I haven’t received and you would have been given a receipt with a tracking number and it should have been scanned eventually at one of the facilities.
