Help Me: Once fashionable, now slightly frumpy, mom x3, need wardrobe upgrade!

Hi! I'm Lily. I’m a 5 1” (petite) 110 lb redhead working mom in the DC area, looking to give my closet a major upgrade post-pandemic. I’m in the process of editing out and donating the vast majority of my clothes, and hoping to pick up some great classic pieces that make me feel chic and comfortable. Size: I’m still figuring out sizing for different brands, though I know XS and XSP tops/dresses, 0-2P pants, and 25-26P pants tend to be the best for me. Shoes/boots, I’m typically a 6.5. Styles I love: classic, well-constructed pieces, slightly British preppy/equestrian, no crop pants or stiletto heels, I love clean neutrals, jewel tones, bright colored statement pieces, long clean lines and long wool peacoats.
