Hi! I sell my own items, items I’ve curated (brand new and pre-owned), and items from friends and family. Anything pre-owned is washed in all natural, scent free laundry detergent (Ecos brand), hung to air dry, and then steamed before mailed. We have a small dog who is not allowed in the posh room and no smokers in our home (we don’t even know any) all items are smoke free & pet free. I live in a small beach town, some of that vibe is expressed through the style of the items in my closet. All reasonable offers accepted 🙂!

oodlesofposh @bettyboopertoo Hi!! Ormond is a nice place. Lost Lagoon hands down for best wings, I haven’t had their burgers but my neighbor says they have the best burgers too. Most people say Breakers for best burger, I haven’t had their burger either 😆, I love the burger at Riverpark Terrace. So many great locally owned restaurants in NSB.

Sometimes I do wish I lived somewhere where the colors change in the fall, but I wouldn’t be able to give iI the beach, I would need a beach up north somewhere 🙂. oodlesofposh @debcares101 I have a lot of success sharing other people’s items from parties, sending offers within an hour of people liking an item (work full time so I only have the luxury to do that when I’m not working but I have success when I can do it), price up a little to allow for offers, and if an offer is lower but close to what you’d like to get for the item I accept it because I’d rather have the sale then lose it over a couple bucks.

debcares101 @oodlesofposh Do you wait a certain amount of time before you send an offer? Like do you wait a week and see if someone buys at full price? Or do you send offers to those who like your item right away, no matter how close it was to the time you posted?

oodlesofposh @debcares101 I like send send the blanket offers to liters on Thursday evenings so the offers are there for people on payday 🙂, and if I happen to notice someone liking an item I will try to wait about 10-15 minutes and then send them an offer while the item is still recent in their mind- I have a good amount of success with that, I don’t send it immediately in case they may like something else and create a bundle- gives a little bit of time for that.

oodlesofposh @debcares101 yes for me I’ll send out offers the first week something is posted if it has likes on it. I usually send out at least 20% offer plus the shipping discount, just because when I personally see an 10% offer I usually don’t look at it (I like items if they are too high and wait to see a decent price reduction to buy), and I price items to leave room for me to send the 20-30% offers.

I used to price items close to what I wanted to get for them but often found that people made offers at 20-30% off my list price and those were lower than I wanted to accept, when I started pricing a little higher I found people were making offers in that percent range still and I had room to send offers.
