masteringpieces Hi Allie I just saw the message on the case you opened in no way at all had I attempted to manipulate it was definitely an accident as the sweater is twenty years old and that level of fray is a non issue in my opinion so ther would have been no reason whatsoever for me to obscure it. I have hundreds of Greta reviews and it is not my habit to trick anyone.

vntgrocker @bodyofwerk while you may consider significant (undisclosed) damage a non-issue due to the age of something, I guess I have higher standards. The case has been closed and I was refunded, so thanks for the commentary, but I won’t be shopping with you again. Happy selling and perhaps be more forthcoming with sellers in the future. If damage is going to make or break your sales, nothing wrong with donating.
