kittybutterfly I'm sorry you weren't happy with the top. I didn't state in the description it was like new so I'm not sure why you thought it was. I try to make all my customers happy and sorry you weren't completely pleased. Shirt was in good condition. Ratings are based on item and not packaging. Again, sorry you weren't completely satisfied.
