emeraldintent @raewind Hi there! Seriously? I used the last one I have for new year’s. It was fine. It is brand new, I’m not sure how that would happen. So sorry! Are you able to shake the mascara? I never had that issue before

raewind @emeraldintent Unfortunately, it’s so clumpy and dry, I’m not sure how to revive it. Who knows what conditions it was subject to when USPS had the whole thing hostage for 3 weeks. The lashes themselves look perfect, though.
