Hi! I'm Jen! My husband Joe and I run our clothing business together. He quit his job to do this full time so he could be home with our family (we have three boys!). We live in Asheville, NC with our sweet boys, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 bunnies :) We sell only new or like new items, ship in one day, and try to provide excellent customer service! hoardergiftshop @msds2728 hi I'm so glad you reached out and I do have a question. I just had someone add one of my items to a bundle. But there are no other items attached to the bundle. And it wasn't in the offer tab just under the comments. What do I do? Thanks!

msds2728 @hoardergiftshop It's one of 2 things, either they are looking for you to lower the price of just that item for them, or they hit the bundle button by accident. If you do offer them a price they have 24 hours to accept it decline it a lot of times I'll ignore it if they hit the bundle button by accident.

msds2728 Then if they put your item in a bundle and they realize that they've blundled it they'll take it out. That is why you see it in the comments but not in the offers.
