heartsafire @mariannelou If you want to "reposh", you can go to your Purchases and easily click there to do it. To open a case, I think you have to contact Posh support. Send them an email, and they can direct you from there! I have never done it myself, so am not completely sure! But start with contacting Posh and tell them the seller made a mistake on size in her listing! I hope that helps! Sheila
