thejksgramma Hi Michelle, I have just received an email from Poshmark saying they have closed the case. I sent several emails about this case but they haven’t sent a refund because I didn’t know to use their return label. I sent the Adriano jeans to you before they issued the label. Did you get them? thejksgramma @trendyzen it’s been quite some time now and I received an email from Poshmark saying that they were releasing the payment to you. Haven’t you heard from them about this yet? I feel like I have been patient about this but am getting frustrated and would appreciate getting this resolved. Thanks thejksgramma

trendyzen @thejksgramma yes, I have received the payment from poshmark, however poshmark takes a cut, means if I fully refunded you I would be losing money for an error on your part! Which unfortunately I won’t not like to take! I am patiently waiting for poshmark to refund you as if they do it I will not take the lose for your error! Once again I thank you for your patience I assure u I will get to the bottom of this!
