Hi! I’m Monica. I am a full time artist living just north of Denver, Colorado.

I graduated from Duke University in 2017 and spent three years living in Washington DC, working as a sales analyst/Excel wizard for a software company in the hospitality industry. When COVID hit I got laid off, and my fiancé Ryan (who was working remotely at the time) and I took the opportunity to fulfill a relationship-long dream of moving ~out West~. So we packed up our apartment and drove across the country with our two adorable kitties! After we moved to Colorado I opened a store in the Flatiron Crossing Mall, where I sold my artwork/creations and consigned the creations of 30+ local artists. While owning my own store was my “dream job”, the mall required that the store be open 7 days/week, 10 hours a day. Shortly after Ryan and I got married (!!!) in May of 2022, I was completely burnt out from owning the store and had to make the very difficult decision to close it at the end of June 2022. Since then I’ve made more art/jewelry/home decor than you could possibly imagine, and am hoping to start sharing it with the world again by selling on Poshmark!
