raquelfhall @cariesha17 Hi. When sending texts, always remember to put the @ sign then type the persons email address in the comment section. At the bottom of the bar or tab on your phone there should be a box that looks like a picture. Click on that and hit the arrow at the top left to the left until you get to Poshmark Support Center. This is a good place to start. 💝

Please click on the small icon box of the home page located at the bottom right corner that looks like a picture frame. Then go to frequently asked questions. sydonne Thank you! I was just worried about not being paid after selling my items because I heard about a client who falsely claimed that an item was damaged in order to get a refund. I know that Poshmark does a great job of protecting buyers, I just wanted to be sure they protected sellers as well! 🌸

raquelfhall @sydonne Yes, I can see that happening. I did have a customer claim something was wrong with my item. Posh asked for proof. Posh decided that no refund should be granted and no refund occurred. I have not had problems yet💝
