They’ll investigate whatever it was you reported me for & since there isn’t any reason for me to be reported, I doubt anything will come of it. But please send an email explaining the accident.

sarah_not_sara @gigi11155 go to the tab that has your info at the bottom right hand corner. Scroll down to “poshmark support” once there hit “contact poshmark support”. An email format screen should pop up for you to fill in. A screenshot isn’t necessary if you can remember my username to let them know that you reported me in error.

sarah_not_sara @gigi11155 it’s really not a big deal. I’m really not worried & you shouldn’t be either. I haven’t done anything wrong & I’m sure they know that. And as far as my offers go, I send offers to likers everyday. So if you’ve liked something on my page, you’ll get an offer, unless the item is less than $9. Sending offers on something that low leaves me w nothing after discounting shipping.

Just snap some photos of the items you want to sell, Hit that little camera button in the bottom middle that says “sell”, click on the little file folder so posh can access your pics, upload the ones you want by tapping them, & then just follow the prompts. If you have any questions or are confused about anything, let me know & I’ll be happy to help.

sarah_not_sara @sammalyx unfortunately there isn’t really any assistance for images & descriptions but once you start to develop a style of your items, it will come naturally. Think about the things you’d want to know if you were buying it. What’s the condition? Is the color faded from washing or still vibrant? Is the fabric loose or tight? Thick or thin? Is it a piece that can be worn several ways or does it look best a certain way? There is a limit in the description section so list what’s most important.

sarah_not_sara Anything else, people will ask. And if you know that you’d like to list your item at a higher price, explain why you’re doing that. Some sellers just list high w no explanation other than “my closet, my prices”. Buyers are going to compare prices on similar items & if yours is higher than others, buyers will want to know why.

sarah_not_sara @sammalyx I also like to do a search on poshmark when I list a new item. I will do a search for items that are the same or very similar to mine & see what others sellers are listing at. I also look at the prices the item is actually selling for. You can change the settings from “available” to “sold” listings by changing that tab at the very far right top of the search screen. I hope this is helpful & not confusing. I’ll even give you my number if you want me to walk you through something.

sarah_not_sara @sammalyx this is also my second closet w poshmark. I opened a closet in 2015 & was struggling to keep up once my son was born. Now that he’s a little older, I’m able to dedicate the time I want to it & it’s been far more successful than my last. I was hesitant to return & try it again, but I have no regrets. I love selling & I love making my packages pretty. You’ll see what I do when you buy your items. I really do it up. lol.

sammalyx Very very helpful. I have an app that you may be interested in to help identify items similar to yours throughout the internet... It’s called image web search. You simply take a picture of what you want to find and the app finds items similar or exact!!! I will definitely be using it when I begin my selling process. I thought one good turn deserves another! Hope it will be helpful, cause you certainly are! Wow, we really like each other lol!!! ☺️♥️✔️

I’ve just always used posh as my reference for prices bc I’m listing on that forum but I really should check other places as well. And one more thing, never forget that posh is going to take 20% of every sale over $15 & $2.95 from every sale less than $15. People will harass you, guilt trip you, make you feel like a terrible person for not accepting an offer that’s too low for you. Don’t give in. I still struggle w that.

sarah_not_sara @etaylor0013 I’m certain I placed it in the box w the crossbody. I used a striped tissue paper w a chevron print ribbon on the crossbody & a solid tissue w polka dot ribbon on the small case. I also stuffed tissue at the top & bottom of box. There was a small gift tag attached to the case & a thank you note attached to the crossbody, both w small clothespins. The case was placed on top of the crossbody.

queenietoo I got my Coach Casino bag yesterday. The problem was the overwhelming odor of an obvious smoker having owned the bag and the smell from the keychain was even worse. I love the bag but am very upset this wasn't mentioned in the description. I'm not sure if the bag will air out so would you consider a $15 reduction in the price? If not, I may have to return it.

queenietoo Hi Sarah... Your package arrived and was absolutely beautifully wrapped and your note was lovely! The problem I had was the overwhelming smell of a smoker previously owning the bag as soon as I opened the box. Not knowing how to remedy this, I have had the bag and key ring (a very nice addition). I don't know if you would consider a slight reduction in price, but I thought would ask. My only suggestion would be, to mention an item was previously owned by a smoker. Linda
