From what I understand you need to send the item back in order to get a refund. I don’t know how long you have to get it back to me. If your having problems maybe you can contact posh ?

evi1joe22 Hey! I just bought a sweater for my daughter, and this is my first time using poshmark. Can you tell me when it will arrive? I dried her other one on high heat (newly single dad mistake) and shrunk it. So I’m in trouble until I replace it because it was ef identity her “only sweater.” :(
