brn2shop16 @danieblack87 I just looked over my other photos and there wasn’t any wear on the bottom. Poshmark will issue a label so that you’re not out of any extra money. I’ve already contacted them and stated that I’m willing to issue a full refund. I like for people to be happy with their purchases and I’m sorry you weren’t pleased.

jimeee Hey it looks like you give everyone crappy ratings for the items you purchase. maybe you don’t know what preowned or used means? And if you don’t I can tell you. It means the items have been used and will have minor imperfections, and it’s also important to look at the price. The shoes you bought from me are used and still over half the price of other used vans on this site. People sell dirty worn vans for $40 on here and mine were what $11 or $12 and like new.

danieblack87 @jimeee There are places where the fabric is ripped and a hole is made on the inside of the shoes. You didn’t mention that in the description. It’s going to be painful to wear them without socks. I appreciate the low price, it’s just the description was inaccurate. You said they were in EXCELLENT used condition.

jimeee @danieblack87 they are in excellent preowned condition and have been deep cleaned. I wasn’t trying to make you upset but I get a bit offended when I get three stars after putting a large amount of effort into them hoping the customer will feel good about their purchase. I work hard hoping for 5 stars and for the price and condition those are six stars so bummer deal. You took the fun out of it. Take care.
