yourdailyposh I did Americorps after high school and had several friends go into Teach for America. I've been teaching 6 years now. Best advice I can give is ask other teachers questions and if you can, watch them teach. You'll learn so many time-saving tricks and clever approaches that way--it also help you learn what you want your teaching "style" to be. Good luck and don't let the system wear you down. 😌
