sunnysideposh Hi, I am so sorry you updated your 5 star rating in my closet to a 3 star. In the 5 years I've been selling on poshmark I've never received a 3 star rating. And I am so sorry you had trouble with the fit of these jeans. In all of the pairs my partner and I have sold (on posh and in retail) we have never had someone feel like a size 7 fit like a size 3 like you explained.

sunnysideposh This specific brand goes through 3 sample fittings by professional technicians before final manufacturing so I am very disheartened that you had such a bad experience and reflected that with your rating. As far as shipping I am so sorry the postal service was so delayed. I too experienced items that were delayed on my end and know the frustration that causes. If we reach out to customer service we might be able to arrange a return for a full refund.

Again, I am deeply sorry for your disappointment. This is the first time any customer has been upset with our jeans and I'd like to make it right for you. 🙂

bspan0 @sunnysideposh I meant to leave it at 4, I apologize. My rating was definitely not due to anything out of your control, as I understand that delays happen. The jeans were great, perfect almost, but I did feel as though they were different sizes.

bspan0 @sunnysideposh Maybe due to the different materials or wash, I’m not sure, but they didn’t fit like 7’s should (other than the 2 high rise button up, those fit exactly alike). I appreciate you so much for reaching out to me about this.
