macaddicton @taffetadarling , Unfortunately nothing. I've told Posh, perhaps you should too, that the rating feature is unfair, we can't rate buyers. No one can see your star rating and if she didn't give you 5 stars, the comment she put about you does show either. So just know there's some people u can't make happy. I think had she been really upset she'd return. So personally I'd just block her and move on. But I understand I got 3 stars and felt betrayed too

I just burst into tears because I was so surprised and caught off guard. she said she accepted it too soon and then realized one of her (brand new, unopened) products looked half full when she held it up to a light. one star. macaddicton @taffetadarling , I hear that. I always, as you know, I ship within 24hrs, wrapped up pretty with a note and free gift. To get the 3 stars made me sad and mad. Actually just recently it happened again, I noticed that I had bought from the seller and rated only a day before, so I went off and edited my rating with a scathing comment warning other sellers. She saw and quickly gave me 5 stars. Proves some people are just nasty, don't give up.

And I've had 1 & 2 stars for items being too small; a pr of shoes that listed as marked...and jeans and a dress that the buyer thought were "too tight" even though measurements top, doen, left and right were posted.

taffetadarling @lindalooloocat oh no, I'm sorry for the confusion: the box closes and latches just fine, but the pills don't stay separated and organized in the 3 compartments on the inside once the box is closed. Does that make sense? It doesn't bother me as much because the meds I carry with me are different colors, so I can just pick them out anyway. I did not mean to imply that it wasn't described correctly or anything like that! 😊
