Hilary Radley size M patterned flounce-cap sleeve top

Fabric is soft viscose-spandex with a nice amount of stretch. It’s slightly creamy white and the pattern is mostly blue and black. The bottom floats away from the body. The smocking at the top front and back, the pretty sleeve, the fine detail in the pattern with bottom border, all elevate this from a simple “top”. I think it would look adorable as a dress on a small child :-)
