- black distressed denim pencil skirt in faded/washed black - split 12" front from the bottom hem - raw bottom hemline with distressed fraying. - Ultra-High Waist fit, with hidden inner elastics in the waistband. Fabric has a little bit of stretch! - tag size is a 9 / 29, which is approx. medium - great used condition! worn many times but has a lot of life left. garment care label has been cut out, and the length has been shortened from the original.
