Holt Renfrew Shoe Bag | Velvet Storage Bag Vintage

Vintage velvet bag from Holt Renfrew. I assume this is a shoe bag as it has little red embroidered bits that look like heeled shoes. I think this bag was sold separately since the box it comes in is too flat to hold a pair of shoes, I think. The bag was purchased in 1999 and still has its original box, tissue, and paper shopping bag. It comes with a tag that talks about the turn of the millennium. The velvet bag is black and measures 10" x 12". There are a few red looking marks on the back, that feel like nothing when you touch them. I don't know what they are. Otherwise the bag appears to be unused.
