Very soft light wash jean dress that is made to be worn off the shoulders with sweet little tie sleeves. Elastic runs all around the top but doesn't really have any stretch left. Could be changed for new. The dress is boxy in shape and could be belted and accented with a fringed leather belt, tall cowboy boots, a fringe purse and a cowboy hat. Great for festivals or get together. Feels like great quality fabric and looks to be in very good condition other than a small spot as pictured though it is not very noticeable.
