matana @gingergeranium, thank you. I'm glad you live my closet. No it's never happened to me. It what are you using? Are you on Android or iPhone? I suggested you turn off the phone and restart it and see what happens. Another thing to try is update the app or delete app and re I stole. LMK how it goes.
