choochoojewelry Hey! I suggest that you read the basic information on this Poshmark site first. I will try to summarize the shipping. If a customer purchases your item, Posh will send you an email with the pre-paid shipping label. Neatly package your item(s) in a FREE USPS priority postage box or envelop (Any USPS box except the overnight express boxes). You will attach your label to the box and ship your item to the customer. I highly suggest that you wait in at your post office for a receipt of shipment

choochoojewelry There is NO cost for asking for a receipt for the package. As long as the order is less than 5 lbs you are great! Once the customer receives their package they have up to 3 days to "accept" the order. 90% of the time Posh customers accept orders within that time. The money for that order will be credited to your Posh account. I have mine linked to my bank and transfer the money. You can also purchase from other sellers with your credits.

choochoojewelry There are occasions when a customer will not accept an order. A customer will file a "case" for things like "item not as described", "wrong item", etc. Posh will NOT let a customer just change their mind. There is no buyers remorse. That why it is important to list your items carefully. Give many great photos, great descriptions, and measurements.

choochoojewelry I found my greatest source of information on YouTube. Some of the most experienced buyers I suggest watching are: Empty Hanger, Bexa Boss Lady, Arrested Apparel and Thrifty Flamingo. They have Instagram accounts also. There are also Facebook support groups. I hope that this information helps. It is too bad we are not allowed to send actual emails.
