I just received my Nic and Zoe sweater coat. I love the colors. My question is do you know why it’s longer on the bottom of one side than the other? I may just stitch it up. Just curious if that is the way it is supposed to be

Hello! I’m the one that you got the Tory Burch purse from! Our messaging has been disabled for some reason, and I just wanted to let you know that I didn’t stop communication with you! The reason I couldn’t message back was bc after your order was cancelled they suspended my account for a month and some days and just now getting the account reinstated and allowed to message ppl now!

I emailed them several times stating that we were in contact and that I’m not allowed the option now to message and to please if I can’t message the buyer to please inform them (you) the reason why I’m not responding back to them and hat the purse is in the mail I had a tracking number and all for them but they never gave me a straight answer back it was more of a generic kind of email..

I sure hope that they did contact you and didn’t leave you in the dark about what was going on, bc I’m sure you were thinking I’m some kind of ding bay or flake and worst customer service to put it nicely! But I assure you I’ve been so stressed and upset this past month over not being able to contact you myself to let you know what was going and hated to think you just thought I was ignoring you and not responding back the messages!

I did receive the package back in the mail, and I’ve emailed about this as well just wanting to know if it was you that sent it back bc you didn’t want it or was it automatically sent back bc of the cancellation. I never got a response on that either, I’m still waiting to hear back on that one!

I just want you to know that that’s not how I treat my customers and that I’m so very sorry about this bc it’s just been a terrible experience for you I’m sure! And that is not acceptable! Do you still want the purse? Also, if you would want to still purchase the purse then I would love to extend a 50% percent off offer to you! In fact not just one item, I would do a entire purchase for you..So if you were to purchase many items then I’d take 50 percent off the grand total!

@mkatherine83 hi! Thanks for reaching out. This has been a very unusual experience to say the least! I have been on posh since the beginning as both a buyer and a seller and have never experienced anything like what to us before!
The purse showed up after everything had been cancelled and I had no way of letting you know.
Posh emailed me a return label so I could send it back since I had been refunded.
I really do appreciate you efforts and I’m sorry this experience happened for us!!!
