birdcat Hi1 I'm checking out the cork Chanel boots and according to authentification advice on the interlocking Cs on the back the right C should cross over at the top of the left and the left C at the bottom of the right. These don't quite look that way...do you know if these are authentic? Even as worn as they are it still matters! Thanks!

moirathat @birdcat Unfortunately I don’t know a lot about authentication and bought them myself more because I liked the style than the fact that they were Chanel. (Though they made me obsessed with the fit of Chanel boots and I will say they are consistent with other Chanel boots I’ve bought since!) I’m not sure if the pictures are clear enough to show that the stitching doesn’t cross over at all on the back logos, and the logo is made out of one piece of leather.

birdcat Hi! Thanks for accepting my offer, and for all the info about the boots. It is hard to tell about the logo, and the two other Chanels I have have different logo applications, one is the Cs in metal and the other is separate pieces of leather that cross over where they're supposed to, top and bottom...I'll rust your knowledge of Chanel when you purchased them! Btw, I know what you means about the fit!!!. Thanks again! @moirathat

laurasitems Hi! Thanks for your purchase! I’m getting the dress ready and just noticed that I had it listed as “fully lined” - the top is fully lined but the bottom isn’t lined; this is totally my fault!! 🤦‍♀️ it’s a thicker material that shouldn’t cause any trouble (it didn’t for me), but if it changes your mind, I completely understand. You can see the seam where top meets bottom on the next to last image of the listing. Let me know what you think? I wanted to make sure that I let you know right away. 💕
