I Love Horses - October Birthstone Multi Charm Silver Toned 17 inch Necklace Gorgeous silver toned necklace with a heart pendant and three charms. The necklace is 17 inches (43 cm) long and is off stainless steel. The pendant and the charms are silver plated. Pendant and one of the charms are embellished with tourmaline imitation - rhinestones which are representing the birthstone for the month October.
