nicoleelder7 I'd be happy to negotiate the mk book bag u liked it's a good size. Lots space. Practically new ! I would keep it but I don't use back packs Often so I think I only used it maybe 3x for cupl hours each time. Lol. cutiewithaboota @nadowen Good morning hun, aww you're so sweet. Thank you for checking in on my crappy situation. I did send them an email, and also contacted c.s, got an automated response saying they'll look into it. But yesterday when I got the bracelet in the mail I finally was able to instead of selecting ACCEPT ORDER I selected problem with order received, or whatever it says lol. They asked me for proof such as pictures.

cutiewithaboota @nadowen so I sent screenshots of her item when she had it saying 18cm in every spot a seller could put the size, I also took a screenshot of the order part where it says what item I bought and the size and it CLEARY says 18cm there, then just for the heck of it, or for comparison I also sent them a picture of her bracelet next to mine just to show how much bigger hers is.

cutiewithaboota @nadowen So now I'm waiting on a response from them. I actually have to check my emails and the rest of the messages on here, hopefully they responded with good news. Her claim is she changed the size before I bought it but idk why she would just change it in the description and not those other two areas that actually ask the seller what size the item is.

cutiewithaboota @nadowen Also, she knows I showed interest when she had it listed at 18cm in all three areas, so if she knew it was 20cm and knew enough to change the size ONLY in the description why wouldn't she tell me, hey i know you were interested but it's actually a 20cm, are you still interested. That's what a great seller would've done. Anyways, sorry about the book I just typed you lol. I'll lyk the outcome for sure.
