The genesis of this account was my parents moving and cleaning out their closets. Thus inspired, not only am I selling some of their more interesting and nice items, but also some of mine as well. I am happy to consider reasonable offers, and answer questions. Thanks for visiting. Note: while I keep them away from the clothes I am selling and clean off any hair I see, I do have two cats whose fur gets everywhere.

glossykitty Love your kitties. But, I have to ask how much does your gray cat weigh? He or she looks huge (at least compared to your black and white cat).

glossykitty One other question: In the picture with a gray cat with a crazy look, is that the same cat as the picture with both cats?

carolynae13 @glossykitty haha. Aww. I wish I had the grey cat, but that is actually a Pallas Cat or Manul. They are an adorable and expressive endangered wildcat from the Himalayans....endangered largely due to anti-social tendencies and bad tempers. ...sorta my spirit animal, if you will :)

glossykitty @carolynae13 I love felines of all sizes. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of the manul though. But, just recently I’ve learned about a few, new to me, “cats”: caracal and the sand cat. They are beautiful animals!

carolynae13 @glossykitty hahaha then you are in for a treat! Google pallas cat or manul. They are just amazing! I have pics of them to express every emotion. ...especially annoyance, disgust, and anger..... but they make lots of great derpy expressions like I use here too. Caracals and sand kittens are also ridiculously adorable. Nothing beats a huge lap cat snuggling you, tho.

glossykitty @carolynae13 is your gray cat a cuddle bug? I bet he or she is. I will have to google the manul. Hey, if you like other animals, like I do, you should google quokka and jerboa...OMG!!! They are sooooo ADORABLE!!!

carolynae13 @glossykitty I don't have any grey cats but my boys are both....well, technically neutered. They are cute, esp jerboas!

glossykitty @carolynae13 maybe I should have said tiger or mackerel instead of gray. Is he possibly a Maine coon cat?
Nov 22Reply
carolynae13
carolynae13 @glossykitty oh the brown one? Yeah. Maine coon and a total sweetheart. He is 3 ft long but a lap cat. As in the entire lap... got him from a rescue agency. Why anyone threw him out is my guess. Oh well. Their loss.

glossykitty @carolynae13 It is your gain! Idk how people can give up their furbabies. I know this is going to sound crazy; but, here goes: would you ever post a picture of him showing his face? My friend,, Dana, also has a large male Maine coon that is absolutely beautiful and a cuddle bug.

carolynae13 @glossykitty uh sure. See above. Coonies are awesome. ...does hers eat bread too? Every coonie I know, including mine, steals bread.

glossykitty
glossykitty @carolynae13 Thank you for the photo. I feel like some kind of cat freak; but, all I have to say is: OMG 😮 He is magnificent!!! That’s so funny about the bread. I’m not sure ; but, I’ll have to ask her 🥖 Again, it’s been nice chatting; but, I should have goon to bed hours ago. Goodnight to you and your kitties 🐱

bgrove Hi! Noticed you liked both of my hip scarves - want them both? I’m willing to make a deal on a bundle! @bonniegrove

carolynae13 @bgrove I was debating. They are unique. Did you make them?
Jun 11Reply
bgrove
bgrove @carolynae13 no i didn’t make them - I had a friend years ago who was a belly dancer and I bought them from a vendor at one of her performances. I have a third one as well. Would be happy to bundle them all! The gray one has some faint stains on it but otherwise no snags or rips. They are quite beautiful!

carolynae13 @bgrove awesome. Do you dance too? I am trying to get back into it following a couple surgeries.

bgrove
bgrove @carolynae13 I took a few lessons but wasn’t real good at it! Haha! Which is one reason why I decided to post these! :)

bgrove Hi! I shipped the scarves today, but as I was packing them I noticed more spots on the big gray scarf than I remembered. If it’s unacceptable I understand. I would be happy to refund you for the cost of that one. Again my apologies. Let me know when you get them. Thanks!

carolynae13 @bgrove Hm. Wonder if it is washable. Well, I will see when I get it. Do you know what the source of the stain is? What substance?
Jun 13Reply
bgrove
bgrove @carolynae13 I think this scarf is silk, but you could try washing it. Honestly they’ve been in storage for years and I just pulled them out a few months ago, so have no idea. Let me know when you get them. They should arrive today. Thank you for understanding!
