It reads "women's Jackets" size chart. Click on this listing and the men's size chart is the 2nd photo. 2. Go to the internet and in the search bar type"north Face men's jacket size chart" click on images... or go to the North Face site.

poshlounge @espi0423 I'n the future, never ship merchandise with newly discovered defects before showing the buyer and getting an approval to ship. Why? Then you won't have to pay shipping for the return and waste time with back and forth communication, packing and shipping.

poshlounge @espi0423 ...and Offering a 50% discount on another item is not a solution to this problem. If the buyer had a bad purchase experience, then she/he will never purchase from you again. Therefore offering a discount for an additional purchase is not an option.

poshlounge @espi0423 We all have allot to learn but this isn't about being new to Poshmark. It's about using common sense. Pushing defective merchandise on a buyer prior to shipping is not right. You lose the buyers trust. Furthermore, you have a maximum of 7 days to ship. Yet you quickly shipped the merchandise without notifying the buyer of the newly discovered defects. At this point, what's done is done. We will both have to waste even more time with a return and refund.

poshlounge @espi0423 Go to your closet. Click on the icon in the bottom red bar that says @espi0423. Scroll down and select "sales". Click on my purchase. At the bottom click on "problems/order inquiry". Then click on "cancel order." Type in "item has newly discovered defects" ... if you say buyer decided not to purchase, they will not allow the cancellation. If you informed Poshmark the true reason for cancelling, they would have approved the cancellation.

poshlounge @espi0423 just tell Poshmark the truth. As you were boxing up the bundle, you noticed defects that were not included on the listing. You contacted the seller and she said she did not want the bundle. I'm sure this happens all the time. If they don't respond. Then just don't ship the bundle and in 7 days they will automatically refund my money. It will be ok. Thanks
