sharonblood @jadeingeorgia Good for you. My daughter , looks about your age, had it done a few months earlier than me. We were going to do it together but her hospital opened fiery during covid. If it’s way off enjoy your food but practice smaller portion. 4 months before I started dieting. I lost 25 lbs before and drank the shakes. Now I’m sick of them. Don’t do that!!! Any advice, just ask. I had mine done feb 7. 💕😊

sharonblood @jadeingeorgia How long before you’re surgery? I had the sleeve. Just betting my bowels right now. Hard when you’re eating liquified foods. But I’ve gone from 260 at surgery to 235 this morning so practicing helps. Ease into it. I’m sure you have a 2 week liver shrink diet. My daughter thought she was smart and didn’t even do that and I’m catching her. I don’t want to. I want her to succeed too.

sharonblood @jadeingeorgia If you are on Facebook they have a great group just to read all the complaints. After a while you see what is serious and who isn’t going to make it. One foot in front of the other. It isn’t easy. I need to exercise more. That is a good thing to get going on now. Arms. Core. Thighs. I work my arms twice a day cause they are already dropping. Hit me up anytime you have a question. Even if it’s after surgery. I turned 60 right after my surgery, yay 🙄
