tjmacabees05 Hi Mandy, I am a newbie! And I was wondering since you are an ambassador of you could help me? I put a pair of pants on today and someone bought them. When I went to go process the sale, I have someone asking me to verify my account to receive payments and wanted me to approve a $400.15 Transaction Hold on my card. Some kind of a freeze. mj5126 @tjmacabees05 Hello Tracie, you don't have to process sales, Poshmark does that for you. If anybody other than Poshmark asks you to verify any of your account information, refer them to Poshmark, they handle all of the financial matters for the sellers and buyers. Log in to Poshmark, click on your Poshmark handle at the bottom right, then to "Your Guide To Poshmark" to "Poshmark Support Center" then "Contact Poshmark Support". They have the answers @mj5126
