fashionfinds14 @liviburke yes you were correct zipper is off track🙁 Taking it to get repaired in am. Assuming it's an easy fix, are you ok to wait a few days for me to have it fixed ? If so I'll refund 15% off of the purchase price for the trouble.

fashionfinds14 @liviburke hi I just went to alterations place to pick up jacket. Unfortunately they informed me that the entire zipper needs replacing and quoted me $35 to do it. Why they did not call to inform me of this asap I do not know.

fashionfinds14 @liviburke Here's what I suggest - I'm happy to send you the jacket which will be yours to keep and then give a full refund. Perhaps you can find a cheaper option for fixing the zipper. Alternatively, I can cancel the sale and issue a full refund as well as offer you a 15% discount on anything in my closet as well as my wife's (@zoeyyyd). Again very sorry for the mixup and hopefully one of the two scenarios above will help to make amends. Look forward to hearing your feedback.

Second option is to contact PM and let them know id like for you to keep the item free of charge then have them refund you.
