mlstaylor701 Hi not sure where to contact you (new here) purchased LV zippy wallet from you &did take it in to have zipper repaired. just got it back & it still won't stay closed properly when zipped. The zipper closes &comes apart @ times. not able to use this item. its been longer than typical return policy, however Ive been out of town for several weeks & was not able to pick up. Would you consider allowing me to return the item for a full refund?i'll eat the cost of the zipper repair.

fillyfinds @mlstaylor701 Hello. It sounds like you opted to have the zipper “repaired” by someone other than an authorized Louis Vuitton repair center. Only they can repair an authentic item. I cannot accept a return on this item as it has been modified by someone other than an LV service.

I managed to move it from Oregon to Texas and back without any problem and USPS destroys it. 😢. Please open a claim with Poshmark and once it is returned back to me I’ll open a claim with USPS.

fillyfinds @krellicious once you open the claim with Poshmark for the breakage, they will make a determination regarding whether or not it is to be returned to me. I have never had one through Poshmark broken. They will determine whether or not it needs to be returned to me. However, I believe that it will need to be returned so that I can make my claim with USPS. I cannot open a claim from my end. When you go to leave the feedback, it should direct you to a “there’s a problem” type of link.

krellicious Hi, Poshmark refunded my money including the postage I think. I don’t see any communication from them telling me what to do. So if I have to mail it back to you let me know but I’m not thrilled about spending like 10 bucks to ship it back to you but if that’s what we have to do so you can get your insurance money I’ll do it.
