When I clicked it, it only lets us edit our Address, the return address. After extensively searching FAQ's and help on Google. The only thing I came across was the following: "I believe she can change her shipping address in the app, and you can go to your sales and generate a new label, which will have her new address."

The best suggestion that I can think of is to start a return with Poshmark. When returned they will give you the full refund. Meanwhile or after the refund we will honor the price of $50 for any other pair of Ray-Bans that we have listed here on Poshmark. Hope this helps. So sorry again, VelvetBodice

I do believe that you can go to Poshmark and say that the item received was not the same as the one in the listing. This will open up a Poshmark return case that we will not refute. Then Poshmark will give you the steps to return the item to us and provide you with the full refund at our expense. I expect that Poshmark FAQ's could have the exact steps for this. efinn1 Hi! I love your closet! I have a random question - your item photos are absolutely incredible and look so professional. May I ask what kind of camera you use? And do you use a specific app to get the neutral backgrounds in your photos? I’m an experienced posher, but not so experienced when it comes to digital media so any advice is so appreciated! velvetbodice @efinn1 Hi! We actually just use an average Canon camera called "Canon G7X." Then we take the pictures of the glasses in a basic light tent that anyone can buy online on Amazon. Let us know if you have any other questions! Here to help!

adub329 Hello! Thank you for such a speedy delivery. I love my new Gucci sunglasses! They are my favorite now and I wore them all day But, unfortunately the case is too small for them. I cannot close it all the way and they rub against and get smushed inside, so I'm afraid to use it and damage the nice glasses. Too bad bc it's so beautiful and soft. But I am hoping I could get one a little larger that fits? I would really appreciate it!

adub329 I did some research and it looks like the purple velvet is for larger glasses, while the green one I got was for small glasses. Hope that helps!
