amee826 @harrtofgold I am SO sorry to keep you waiting. I added some more photos. The second one is top of heel to top of boot. Each elastic panel (there are two) has an inch of stretch at the top but slightly less further down just because to me it looks a bit narrower further down. Hope this helps and let me know if I can provide any further assistance. I measured all the way around the top of the calf (top of where elastic panel ends) from outside and unstretched is 16.5 inches
