Indigo Silk Dress

Independent NYC designer JF & SON deep indigo blue silk dress with a rough-cut ruffled edge. Pleats across the waist and black sheer fabric panels on the cuffs. Crew neck. Skirt hits bellow the knee. This dress fit me as a size 6 or 8. It is too tight for me now. I took some photos just to give you the idea.
