Is this men's or womens sizing? Does it fit a 9W?

@thahishag it’s women’s sizing. I’m a true sz 10 but it’s tight on me. I could never wear a sock with it and I don’t have a wide foot or anything. I think it would best fit a size 9.5 women or a size 9 depending on how you like your shoes to fit.
