@mikki1965 sorry for the late reply. The pit-to-pit is 19”
The waist is about 15” but it does have some stretch to it. Then it flares out at the hips, leaving lots of room. I would say it’s probably a looser fitting 10 and a fitted 12. Depends on your shape and bust size.
