vintage2classic Hi Sam, I feel the same regarding reusing what we have. Plus, much of the older clothes are higher quality. That's why posh is so good. One man's garbage is another man's treasure.

We create ghost towns but all in the name of new, so it's okay right? 😔 I appreciate the support, I agree about the machining quality as well. Items were cared for and made with love, not just with profit margins in mind!

vintage2classic @samwebber I forgot the name of the movie I watched on Netflix recently re the fashion industry and the turn over in the race to make new trends every week as opposed to what was once every season. It's a crime really. I wear beautiful and unique clothes and have not been to a retail store in years. Thanks for sharing.

samwebber 😍SAME there's a reason reduction and re-using come before recycling, our waste mentality needs to change to ensure a habitable planet! I also wish our culture placed more emphasis on quality and the perfection in imperfections--we would definitely treat each other better if we empathized with pain and saw the beauty in living through struggle and affliction. Thanks for the compliment, it is hard to not give up during the winter here lol. You have very good taste and such cheap prices! :)

samwebber @katandco the waste and the garbage on this planet are out of control! There have been generations and generations raised with single use and to just accept it as standard. I try so hard to rid my entire life of single use products but is very difficult in my part of the country. Oil based plastics are the bain of humanity's evolution and we will pay for it indefinitely unfortunately.
