J. Crew 100% silk ruffle pleated Victoria sleeveless blouse polka dot size S XS sleeveless popover blouse in 100% silk black and white. Ruffled and pleated at the neckline with 6 button placket. Measures 16 3/4” across pit to pit and 23” high. Good used condition. Slight discoloration on the white dots, armpits, and signs of wear throughout. ♻️ I re-use packaging whenever possible.
