Waist 14 inches Hips (8 inches from waist) 18.5 inches Waist to hem 21.5 inches All measurements laid flat FLAW ALERT: a small section of the lining is coming unstitched, as circled in yellow. The price has been adjusted accordingly. Thrifted and otherwise in excellent condition, this item has now come to live in a smoke-free and cat-friendly home.
